DO YOU BELIEVE ALLAH IS SWIFT IN RECKONING?

"They shall have (their) portion of what they have earned, and Allah is swift in reckoning."

(Surah No: 2 & Verse No: 202)

I observes many people who always claim that they are waiting their whole life but they are still waiting the reckoning of Allah. They think that the help of Allah will come after a long time and the justice will be provided in the life hereafter so it will not be swift. Why we think like this?. This world is not meant for the justice and the total justice will be observed on the day of judgement. This world is an examination centre and every one is sitting in the examination centre to solve the question paper provided to him or her. What we want, we want that Allah will start their paper checking before the closing time of their paper. What we want, we want that Allah will fail them before the desired time and send them to Hell. 

If we want this for the others they may be the others wanted the same for us. Every man has dual faces some time he is cruel and some time he is innocent. Who will decide their conflict "Only Allah".? But before the time we start yelling and crying and ask where is the Help of Allah, We start moan that why Allah is not swift in reckoning. We start thinking even about the presence of Allah?. We become so dis-heart that we forgot to bow our heads and left each and every thing. 

I want to share my own experience. I was in the F.Sc (12th standard) and at that time I was sitting in Ietikaf (ten days sitting in the mosque in the Holy Month of Ramazan )  and as I heard from the scholar of our mosque that Allah will except all kind of prayers during this period. I become so confident that I thought my prayers were already accepted by my Lord. I pray to my Lord that He will gave me so much marks that I could got admission in the Engineering College. I worked hard but I could not obtain the marks according to the merit list. After that I just think that rubbish and believe that their is no Lord and no life after death. I left all the prayer and become communist and thought that this world is going without any Lord.

But after some time I met a scholar who again change my thought. He asked me few question and I will quote the same here.

• Q: Do you have a Mother?
• A: Yes I have.
• Q: If you will demand the thing which is poison for your Mother then will she gave you the poison?
• A: No
• Q: If You will still insisting then will she gave you on your insistent?
• A: No never
• Q: If you will cry and moan for that thing what will She do?
• A: She will beat me but never gave me the thing.
• Q: If you still want then what will she do?
• A: I think she will replace it.
• Q: Here is the point, Allah love their people hundred times greater then your mother then how will He gave you the thing which will be harm for you in future.So Allah accepted your prayers but if Allah know that the things you want in your Prayers will be harmful then He replace your prayers with the batter one.
• A: I agree with their views and Now it is my practical experience that Allah gave me the admission in the Computer Engineering and now I am a software Engineer much more then I wish.

But we do not always have firm believe in that thing so we start yelling and moan that why Allah will not swift in the reckoning. No we judge the Allah with our own criteria. May Allah forgive us and send His blessing on all of us.

WHAT IS YOUR PRAYER TO YOUR LORD?

In the Last verse Allah guided us that some people demand from their Lord to gave them in this world and they will not worried about their life hereafter. But in the next verse Allah indicate the group of people who demand from their Master a different thing. What is that?. To know their demands kindly read the following verse of the Holy Quran as mentioned below:

"And there are some among them who say: Our Lord! grant us good in this world and good in the hereafter, and save us from the chastisement of the fire."

(Surah No: 2 & Verse No: 201)

We must need to think about the wordings of this verse. We always have different demands in our prayers and whenever I think about my prayers I become stun.I never want that Allah will give me in the life hereafter and never demand that He will save me from the chastisement of fire. I never want to think about the life hereafter, Why?. May be I think that I will not die and remain alive?. Its true I never want to think about my own death. I think all the others will die except me so why I will ask the thing which will never happened. I never satisfy my own self that one day I will be die and I must do some good dead for my life hereafter. As a Muslim and human I know that every one in this world will die one day, but it is also a human psychology that he try to denial this truth.

Why? Because we have fear in our heart, I know my crimes and sins, I know that I never did a good thing in  my whole life so the life hereafter will not be good for me I know that. But it does not mean that we will not ask from our Lord that He will forgive me and gave me good in the life hereafter and save me from the chastisement of fire. I know that I am the most sinner person on this earth but no one can stop me for praying my Lord that He will save me from the chastisement of fire.

I know understand the value of this prayer and now start this pray, no doubt this world is very important and we need the things like wealth, respect, honour, children and lot of other things but it is the fact that the life hereafter will be more important then every thing and if Allah will save us from the chastisement then it will be our great success. 

DO YOU LAUD ALLAH GREATER THEN YOUR LAUDING YOUR FATHERS?

"So when you have performed your devotions, then laud Allah as lauded your fathers, rather a greater lauding. But there are some people who say, Our Lord! give us in the world, and they shall have no resting place."

(Surah No: 2 & Verse No: 200)

When I read this verse then I think why Allah say that we did not remember Him as we lauding our fathers. Its look so strange when I observe that this verse is based on the ground realities. Since after fourteen hundred years after the Quran has been revealed but this verse is intact with all its truth. We proud on our parents, cast and never come out of this curse from our whole life. We are divided into Kashmiri, Syed, Khan, Balouch and many other casts and each cast proud on the fore fathers. We always proud and lauding the different deeds of our forefathers. 

We always try to prove that our forefathers are more intelligent, brave and wise then all the other nations forefathers. We wrote the poems in which we praised their bravery. We make their pictures and praise their personalities. What is this?. All these things are the same which are happening before Islam. We do not laud the name of Allah as much as we laud our forefathers. Similarly as the Sardars of the Qurash proud and lauded about their forefathers on the occasion of the pilgrimage. 

Allah wants that we lauded His name greater then our forefathers. We Kill the people on the name of our cast praising and we do not think that Allah created these tribes and cast only that we can identify the people. We have thousand of love in our heart but we do not have one love and that is the Love of Allah and His apostle. We do not seek His bounty and forgiveness. 

When I go to the Umrah for the first time then I have lot of fear in my heart about my sins. When for the first time I saw the Khana Kaaba I become stun and forgot every thing. I pray to my Lord that He will forgive all my sins. But there are many people who wants the different things. Some want that Allah gave them wealth, some want that Allah gave them promotion in their work, Some want that people will respect him and the endless wishes continues. Allah in the second part of this verse informed us about the people who want that Allah will gave them in this World. 

Their all demands are only to get different things of this world. The endless wishes of this world. May Allah forgive us and send His blessing on all of us and gave us the strength to laud His name. 

DO YOU WANT TO ALIKE THE ORDINARY PEOPLE?

I always think that am I an ordinary people?. Sometime we think that we are special and al the other people are ordinary in our eyes, But the same happened in the eyes of the others. Allah knows that we are all equal but we never admit this thing. In every country, every tribe, every section, every family some people are very important persons (VIP) while the others are just person. We divided the people into the different categories and this attitude continues in the religion too. 

Allah in the following verse of the Holy Quran as mentioned below order that in the eyes of Allah every one is same and their is no distinction of people and Allah wants that all the people bow their head in the same manner:

"Then hasten on from the Place from which the people hasten on and ask the forgiveness of Allah; surely Allah is Forgiving, Merciful."

(Surah No: 2 & Verse No: 199)

Before Islam the Sardars of Quraish do not want to hasten and live as the ordinary people do in the days of pilgrimage, But Allah destroyed all such things because the Islam wants the equality and wants that people will bow their heads in front of one Lord. I always think that we believe in one Allah and one apostle but we never want to implement their preaching in our life. 

We always think that we believe in Islam, teaching of Islam and the sayings of Apostle but if we think about our life neutrally then we come to the point that we never follow the above mentioned things. We want to follow the religion of which we desired. We have our own thinking and thoughts about the religion, if we feel burden then we just get rid of the religious practices which we follow in the past.

When some one migrate to the European country and American countries then they will change their culture, religious values and ethnic and social values without any hesitation. We wear the clothes which they wear and proud on that, we call this thing as cultural adoption, but it is not the fact we follow the things which we actually want. We never ask the forgiveness of Allah, We think that we can change our life with our own hands. We forgot that only Allah has the power to change our lives and only we need the assistance of Allah. May Allah forgive us and send His mercy on us.

HOW MANY TIMES YOU SEEK BOUNTY OF YOUR LORD?

"There is no blame on you in seeking bounty from your Lord, so when you hasten on from "Arafat", then remember Allah near the Holy Monument, and remember Him as He has guided you, though before that you were certainly of the erring ones."

(Surah No: 2 & Verse No: 198)

How many times in our life we are seeking the bounty of our Lord?. When I think about this question i found no such thing in my whole which i did only for seeking the bounty of my Lord. If i spend some money to the poor then i wish that they will salute me and it was their primary responsibility to stand in my regard. I tried to over come on this wish but I could not completely get rid of this curse. When I perform my Umrah then I think that all my sins are just removed and now I have find the immunity to do more sins. I never thought why I think like this.
But it is the fact that when i start analysing my own self then I found such things which I have done in my past and now I feel ashamed on that deeds. I always think that what is the meaning of the sacred in my eyes. I use the verse of the Holy Quran for my own sake and if some verses are against my vision, thoughts and my practical doings then I just ignore them. This show that still Islam did not touch my heart and I am still in the process of finding.
How many times we remember the Allah and specially on the occasion of pilgrimage?. We need to know about our own self and start changing our self. We need to find the black holes in our personality and fill the pores in our heart. How many times we required the bounty of Allah. One more thing every one has its own new ways of preaching and say the prayer according to his own school of thought.
We forgot to remember the Allah as He guided us, now we remember the Allah as our scholars told us.We are divided into dozen sects, school of thoughts and many other tiny groups. Each has its own method, terminology and way of performing the same prayer. Each has its own book to remember the Allah. Muslims are now divided into two major section Shia and Sunni and they have so much conflicts among themselves that we can not unite them together and in my point of view no one on this earth can unite them. The division is still continue till the judgement day and only Allah will solve the dispute.
Sunni further divided into four groups Hanfi, Shafii, Maliki and Hanbli and the division still continue. We forgot the guidelines of Allah and now we follow the Imam mentioned above. May Allah forgive me and you and gave us the understanding about His own guidelines.

ARE YOU THE MAN OF UNDERSTANDING?

I always thought what is the meaning of understanding, the thing we understand is really as I understand it. Sometime I think about something good but after some time the time prove that my understanding about the thing was totally a mistake. We do this thing daily in our life for so many times, we smoke the cigarette and understand that it will give us relaxation, while this is absolutely wrong, the understanding of things change with the passage of time. As our knowledge increased then we can understand the things more deeply. We did lot of things in our daily life without understanding, we just follow them as the other follow them.

This is the same behaviour which we show in the matter of religion, most of the people think that they understand the spirit of their sect and religion. But most of the people will not satisfy that why they do not feel peace and why their prayers are not accepted. Most of the people say their prayers continuously but they have different kind of thoughts when they perform their prayers. Why they do not understand the fact that they do not concentrate in their prayer. Why they do not attain the stage in the prayer when they feel that they are seeing their Lord or their Lord seeing them. Honestly speaking I perform my prayers regularly since last three years but still I could not feel like that as i mentioned above. I am still in searching but i attain the stage where i can not think about the other things when i say my prayers.

Before reading the Holy Quran I always assume that I understand the religion and Book but when I start reading it since that time I believe that I never try to understand it, it is my fault and I admit that I never try to develop my self according to the laws of Allah. I admit that I never guard my self against the evil. I did all those things which are prohibited in Islam. I always doing sins on the assumption that Allah will forgive me because I am the follower of His apostle. But am i really the follower of His apostle? Answer is simply and honestly "NO".

Kindly read the following verse of the Holy Quran in which Allah inquired us that did we really understand the meaning of Understanding or nor:

"The pilgrimage is (performed in) the well-known months; so whoever determines the performance of the pilgrimage therein, there shall be no intercourse nor fornication nor quarrelling amongst one another; and whatever good you do, Allah knows it; and make provision is the guarding of oneself, and be careful (of your duty) to Men, O men of understanding."

(Surah No: 2 & Verse No: 197) 

ALLAH IS SEVERE IN REQUITING: DO YOU FEEL FEAR?

We always yelling that Allah is great, merciful and forgiving but at the same time we just ignore that Allah is severe in requiting. We always seek His blessing but we forgot His wrath and curse when we disobey Him. We forgot that Allah is severe in requiting but we do not feel any fear in our heart. We all know and claim that we believe in that thing, but our practical behaviour deny our stand. If we really feel the fear in our heart that Allah is severe in requiting then we never stand on the side of evil. We always doing the wrong deeds with our own hands and blame the evil for our wrong deeds.

It is quite natural human psychology, we never admit our fault but believe me to accept your fault make you more honourable in the eyes of Allah. If you feel ashamed on your wrong doings then Allah will surely forgive your sins and send His blessing on you and your family. I want to discuss one thing that when Allah send His curse on us then we start moan on that curse and yelling why me? Why Allah sent this curse on me?. At that time we totally forgot our sins. We need to know that we can forgot our sins but some one is not forgetting them. All the sins and good things are recorded somewhere and when the ti0me comes on the judgement day all the proofs of our sins just lie in front of us. At that time we will not find any way to go and Allah will certainly sever in requiting.

In the following verse of the Holy Quran Allah informed us the different rules and regulations about the pilgrimage and beware us that do not cross your limits and remember that Allah is sever in requiting. Kindly read the verse of the Holy Quran as mentioned below:

"And accomplish the pilgrimage and the visit for Allah, but if, you are prevented, (send) whatever offering is easy to obtain, and do not shave your heads until the offering reaches its destination; but whoever among you is sick or has an ailment of the head, he (should effect) a compensation by fasting or alms or sacrificing, then when you are secure, whoever profits by combining the visit with the pilgrimage (should take) what offering is easy to obtain; but he who cannot find (any offering) should fast for three days during the pilgrimage and for seven days when you return; these (make) ten (days) complete; this is for him whose family is not present in the Sacred Mosque, and be careful (of your duty) to Allah, and know that Allah is severe in requiting (evil)."

(Surah No: 2 & Verse No: 196)

This verse told us the way to deal the situation if we want to go for pilgrimage but due to some reason we are unable to do so. Then after some time when we have the chance to go there then how we perform our old duties, in this verse Allah told us the way. I just pray for all the Muslims, my mother, father, sisters, wife and me that Allah will give all of us the chance to visit the Sacred Mosque and perform our pilgrimage.(Ameen)
