PAKISTANI TADA AND PODA LAWS? BLACK LAWS

Pakistani government announce the new Black Laws to counter the terrorist activities. The main point of theses proposed laws are mentioned below.

• Security Agencies capture the prisoner form more then 90 days and this thing will not be challenged in any court of Pakistan.
• The Police and Rangers have the authority to kill any one without any hesitation.
• Police will be the witness against the suspected.

After reading this i think that Nawaz government follow the Black Laws of the Indian Government PoDa and TADA. In the last years we always criticize the Indian government on these laws and now we follow the same thing. 

 These laws not only destroy the liberty of the humans but gave an unlimited power to the security forces. Who does not know that the security agencies are the main cause of the problem. They make the innocent people into the shape of the terrorist.

We are on the brick of destruction and Nawaz will be responsible if these laws will be enforced. We all know that the terrorist courts are established by the Nawaz government and he face the same Kangaroo courts and these courts announced the verdict against him. At that time he was shouting but did he ever think about the other people.

If these Black laws will be enforced then the hope for the justice in this country will be completely finished from the hearts of the people. They will destroy the liberty of the people and close the hands of the judiciary too. Now the supreme court will not be effective any more. This is our last stand which we will take first that these laws will not work and they must be withdrawn. 

WHO IS WISE YOU OR ALLAH ?

We always think or assume that we are wise and we are genius. In every matter we always think that the thinking to solve the problem which we thought is correct. This psychology is also known as the difference of opinions. But i always think that this thinking is true in the case  of the human laws and human orders. We all have the right to say no to them and also have the liberty to raise objection on these decisions. But what happened in the case of the Allah's Orders.?

We are the creatures of Allah Almighty and we have some limitations which we never cross i.e no human can survive without the air, water etc. But besides all these things we always assume that we have the power to say "NO" to Allah and raise the objection on his commands and orders. This behavior destroy the whole world and we are facing the great kind of dangers in our lives. 

But if you slip after clear arguments have come to you, then know that Allah is Mighty, Wise.

(Surah No: 2 & Verse No: 209)

Here is the main points that Allah send the clear arguments, the arguments which will never prove to be false by any one. But if besides everything you want to raise your head with proud then there is no way to say one thing that the Allah is wiser then every one. Our main problem is that we never admit that we are fool and we do not know. We claim our whole life that we are wiser, intelligent and we know every thing. 

No one speak about medical terms if he do not know, no one will say a word about the computer if we do not have the knowledge of that instrument but we all think that it is our birth right to speak against the laws of Allah and the Holy Verses without knowing the Holy Quran and Sun-nah. Now this attitude and behavior ruined our whole social system.

We need to admit that we are fool and only Allah is wise then we will never slip from the right path after the clear arguments. This is my last stand which we come first.

ARE WE ONE FOR THE DEFENCE OF PAKISTAN?

Pakistan is celebrating the defense day on 6th of this month, i watch many talk shows and live program which try to produce the sentiments of respect  in the people of Pakistan about their army. I thought how we will become fool. Every time we run blindly without thinking and raise the slogans which we never understand. I am astonished how we claim to be one. No it is not possible, we were never one and will never become one. We are divided into groups on the basis of ethnic, religion and social agenda. 

Every Pakistani has its own agenda, and every one think that he is right. We always think that we are right and the whole world is wrong. I never understand what is our national agenda, i always confused that how we will become a nation. A country which is formed in 1947 and just after few years divided into the two states. Why we are chairing ?. What we conquer?. Nothing just dancing on this thing that we save our country.
Pakistan Army Generals only have the courage to conquer their own country and destroy their own country. No one has the right to speak against them. No one has the courage to say any thing against them. Pakistan is on the brink of destruction and the people of the Pakistan are now divided into large no of groups that it become impossible to unite them.
All of us have our own agenda and mind set, we do not want to hear the arguments of our opponent. We looses our mind balance and we proud on it. In a Muslim country the shrines, Imam Bargah, Mosques are not save.  We must think that on which basis we can unite once again. All the provinces of Pakistan find a common agenda on which they will stay together. This is our last stand which we take first.

REAL HOPES OF TALKS WITH TALIBAN

All Parties conference ended and all the parties are agreed on one Point agenda that they will negotiate with the Different Taliban Groups. There are many drawbacks of this APC but all is well song is singing by every one. It is true that government is successful to bring all the different parties on one plate form but it is not true that they bring all the stakeholders on one table. 

We must admit our faults that will help to understand the lacks between the theoretical and ground realities. No doubt that Pakistan is only one stakeholders while all other like America, Afghanistan , Arab Countries, Iran and Taliban are not on board. It is a good effort but it will not be result oriented. It is true that the army and the government are agreed on one agenda but is it the real fact?. Pakistan army created these monsters and now they are out of control. 

We must admit that the Pakistani people are now paying the price of promoting the so called government and America Sponsored 'Jihad'. No doubt the people of Pakistan always welcome the Taliban in their cities and in their mosques and help them in all manners but what we got now. Our bodies are burning in the same fire which we used to make for the burning of the others. 

One thing is more clear that until or unless the army will not overcome all those forces who have a very clear idea of Gen Zia approach in their mind they will not succeed to find the solution of this problem. We must admit that the one large portion of the Pak army is involved in the radical activities and they assume that they will defeat the Americans in the battlefield of Afghanistan. 

No doubt may be their approach seems to be very attractive but one thing is clear that we destroy our whole country in this game and when they will come back no one will survive in our own cities. No doubt the American faces the great kind of financial threat but we are facing the direct threat. Our people become psychological patient and they always loosing the hope of their lives. No city, no place was left safe. They killed our thousand people and destroy the whole economy. 

One thing is going in the plus point of the Taliban is that they have nothing left but we have lot of things left from destruction. If our army and government wants peace then first they will make up their mind and create the courage to say no to any one. Either it is America or it is the Taliban group and then stand for that decision. This is our last stand which we will take first.

DO YOU SUBMIT YOURSELF COMPLETELY TO ALLAH?

"O you who believe! enter into submission one and all and do not follow the footprints of Shaitan; surely he is your open enemy."

(Surat No: 2  and Verse No: 208)

I always thought that we all the people just yelling and loudly claim that we are the true lovers of the Allah and after that why Allah do not solve their problem?. In this regard we always present the examples of our good deeds like we pray the prayers, we pay the poor rate, we help the other people etc. But we never claim that we completely follow all the principals of the Islam. May be a person is punctual in his or her prayers but he never pay respect to his elders or especially to the parents then did his claim will be justify.

If some one believe that he pay a handsome money in respect of charity in the way of Allah now he has the privilege to kill any one the answer will be no. If some one think that he can sacrifice his life in the way of Allah so he will blow himself in any mosque or religious place of the opponent place and kill dozen of people. Find the answer with you own self.

In the above mentioned verse of the Holy Quran Allah clearly declared that all those who submit their self completely and do not follow the footprints of the evil forces will be the true Muslim. There is not semi circle and semi path in Islam. we must submit and act upon the whole Islam, It is not in our hand that we will choose the selected thing and then claim that we are the good Muslim. 

For a true lover and Muslim we bow our head infornt of every order which is given in the Holy Quran without saying and raising any objection. First of all we and you need to submit and then after that see what are the results?. Before doing this thing we can not attain the right path. Neither we will attain the right results. Allah do not need our prayers , if we say our prayers then it is only for our own sake. Allah do not need our money which we spend in his way, Allah is above all those things. Allah wants that we will bow our heads and live according to the instructions of the Holy Quran and according to the saying of our Holy Prophet. If that was not according to that way nothing will be acceptable. May Allah help us to follow his path. 

USELESS INDEPENDENCE

Pakistan is going to celebrate his one more independence day. But the question is that is this a useless independence or nor?. Many people have many views in this regard, but i have a thought in this respect. Since last 64 years of independence the only one part of the society grows day by day and that is the Pakistan Army. On the heads of the Pakistani People Pakistani Army break this country into the two independent nations in 1971 but they never accept their faults.
They only win to conquer their own country, they only capture their own government and they only kill their own people. Pakistan government is divided so badly that it is impossible to combine them. This country in the near future divided and split in different countries only because we loose the mental status. Our army always have their own vision. They created the Taliban force and they admit it.
One Army Chief Zia through us in the hell of Afghan war on the name of the Islam and one another general Pervaiz Musharaf bring the fire in their own cities. Now we are not sure what we want and what is our policy. Every government claim that he is doing best and speak the lie in the eyes of the whole nation. The true rulers of this country is the army and until or unless they will not decide we will not be free.
We all need to think that we are always talk about the breaking of our country but we never stand to unite it. On this independence day we must think for whom we got our independence for the army and bureaucrats. 

IMRAN KHAN VS SUPREME COURT OF PAKISTAN

After this election Imran Khan become one of the most popular leader of the Pakistani politics and become an icon for the new generation. But the fact is that today he will face one of the great challenge of his political life. Supreme court VS Imran Khan. This is one of the tough match he ever played. The game is very hot because the two sides are very strong and claim the great popularity votes from the people's of Pakistan. Now a days Imran Khan will face the charges of disrespecting the Higher judiciary. The spokesman of the Imran Khan said that " He will not bow the head and never say Sorry".  He is ready to face any kind of verdict.
This show that he is making his mind set for fighting with the white elephant. Supreme Court under the leadership of Ch Iftikhar is a political party of the Pakistan which has the power to set aside any power to the other power players. It is the fact that the Supreme Court of Pakistan fails to provide the justice to the people of Pakistan. It is also a great reality that they not only let down the hopes of the people of Pakistan but also demoralize the institutions too.
Supreme Court show their thrust and hunger for the power, they want that they will gain a position where judges become god and no one in the whole world has the right to ask a single question about them. They will have the right to appoint the judges of their own wish and after the appointment they will have the right to do what they want.?
Imran Khan no doubt is the campaigner of the Free judicial moment but it is the fact that now He feels to speak against them. It is the fact that the judges think that the moment is for their restoration only. No they are wrong and we will raise the slogan against them.
I want to appreciate
the Imran Khan that at least after a long time, He is the man who stands against these rude judges who think that they are 'gods'.
