Nawaz Shareef Innocent Wish

 

 Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Shareef is a very innocent  person. He lives in the world of dream and never want to see the harsh realities of this world with the open eyes. He always fight and sacrifice his government with fighting different institution. He always talk about the principals but these principals always found useless. 

Due to his illogical wishes he throw behind the bars and facing the death penalty from the Kangaroo courts of the so called Pakistan Judiciary. Now in Pakistan there are two judicial system one for the poor people and the other one is for the people who are above the law. Pakistani people loosing their confidence in the judicial system of the Pakistan. Due to this failure the Taliban moment was welcome in some areas of the Pakistan.

Pakistani Judicial system looses his creditability on daily basis. No judge has the courage to call any General and sentenced him on her crime. Either he was retired army chief of Army Mirza Aslam Baig or what ever. In this context when i read the statement that Prime Minster wants that the Judiciary will decide then i just become stunt. 

I feel that the Prime Minster is actually a "Sikh", he will never understand. He will never admit this cruel fact that he is only a poor Prime Minster not the actual ruler of this third world. So no court is able to declare any sentence against the Pervaiz Musharraf.
This is our last stand which we take first.

Afghanistan: Without America

At  last we are reaching in the year 2014 when the Americans will start moving out from the Afghanistan. But this is not a simple withdrawal from the area. Their are million questions raised by different people of the different groups. Each was predicting the different ideas. But one important thing is that the army on whom shoulders all the responsibility lie is able to do so?.

The answer is simply no. The Afghan army is unable to protect even himself so in that condition what is going to be next. In the upcoming years the situation will come to the zero position again. Taliban will conquer a wide area of the Afghanistan and Pakistan. Pakistan army is also unable to stop these monsters. They become out of control. 

Now the forces who formed these monsters are also worried that what they have been created. Now no country has moral and ethical pressure on these Taliban's. It is true that the Pakistan army is playing his own game in the shape of Haqani but is this game gave him any fruit. That is the million dollar question whose answer hided in the future events. 

Pakistan and Afghanistan governments without the support of the American unable to provide the salaries of their own army and in this scenario it is impossible to fight them without giving them nothing. The money is the main problem. Both government are begging in front of america in shape of aid. So if america unable to provide them money then he is unable to control on this area.

This is our last stand which we take first.

Pervaiz Musharaf: Ready to Fly

Pakistan X-President and Dictator is facing the Trial now a days. This court is established against his crimes. But a twist came in the movie when the court is ready to summend him for arrest, Pervaiz Musharaf suddenly feel the chest pain and he will move to the army hospital instead of reaching the court. This situation occurs a scenario which may leads to the condition where he will get the immunity.

It is the fact that our judiciary looses his authentication after the judicial murder of the Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto, now no one can take the risk. In my point of view if Musharraf gave the immunity and allow the Nawaz Shareef to leave the country after deal then the Nawaz government will do the same. 

Our political leadership must known his boundaries. They must know where is the limit of their powers. I believe that the army is the actual ruler of the Pakistan. If army gave full protocol to Gen Niazi, Yahya who break this country and no court will find the courage to gave any sentence against them. Even Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto could not able to publish the Mehmood-ur-rehman commission report. This commission was formed to find the fact and culprits who were responsible of making Bangladesh.

Our political governments are still struggling for the power and the actual army ruler gave them a little power according to their need. It is impossible for the political government to implement any verdict against the X General and Chief of Army Staff. No court of the Pakistan is still independent at that level. These are all cangro courts who gave the verdicts against the political leaders and not able to gave any verdict against the actual rulers of this country.

The heart attack of the Pervaiz Musharraf is a dramma and we know it. But we can not able to stop him to go abroad. So good bye to Pervaiz Musharraf  and be happy. This is our last stand which we take first.

Happy New Year: Terror & Terror....................

Pakistan is facing the new wave of terrorism . With the start of the new year 2014 Sectarian Terrorism killed some more innocent people on the name of Allah. Pakistan is one of those countries in which the Shia & Sunni sectarian violence is increasing day by day. Our society is divided into the ethnic groups so badly that we can not stop such kind of the violence in the near future. 

Pakistani Shia community is supported by the Iran and the Sunni ethnic groups are supported by the Gulf States. They are fighting their war in the fields of the Pakistan. As the time going on the killing of the spiritual leaders of the both sides was targeted and ruined their religious spots. One of the recent example is the suicide attack on the pilgrims who returned from the Iran. They belong to the Shia groups. 

Question is very simple that until or unless we will not control our anger and until we will not pay the respect of one another religions and ethnic believes, such kind of the incidents will never stop. Killing of the innocent people on the name of the Allah is forbidden but we are unable to believe in the sayings of the Holy Quran and Holy Prophets. No one order to kill the people only on the basis of their believes. 

Pakistan is facing the great challenges and this ethnic war is one of them. According to my thinking this war will move to the new year and it become more and more worse day by day. The new year bring sorrow and sadness for the people of Pakistan. This is a symbolic representation which show that such suicide attacks will be continue in the near future and we will nor feel the sigh of relief in any case. May Allah protect all of us from such miserable persons. 

Missing Persons of Pakistan: Great Tragedy Lot of Fun

In the recent years the most common and humanitarian issue in Pakistan is the Missing Person Issue. Pakistani forces kidnapped the persons and then declared them as the "Missing Persons". Now it is confirmed that no judiciary neither any government will have the power to solve this issue. In Pakistan there is no law and abidance of law. Now the law enforcement agencies kidnapped and killed the people on the name of the national security. 

X-Chief Justice of Pakistan use to high light this issue but they fail to solve this thing. Many organizations protesting against this inhuman activity but every thing is just useless. Many politicians assure the relatives of the persons but they are just doing nothing for nothing. 

Now it is confirmed that the Pakistani law enforcement agencies become the Mafia and they have their own rules and regulations. They are doing the same play as they play in the history with the Bangalies. They forgot the consequences of those acts. Bangalies hated the Pakistani forces and a stage come when So called Tiger Niazi surrendered his pistol in front of the Indian General. 

We have a long shameful history of the Pakistani Law enforcement agencies but the most important thing is that the Pakistani Politicians use this hot issue only to gain their votes. The chief Minister of Balochistan Mr Malik with the allies government of the Nawaz Muslim League fails to solve this issue. Now he knows that who has the real powers. 

Now all the top leaderships of the Pakistan changed but there is no change in this issue. People is still missing and this make Pakistan a Police State. Mr. Shareef fails to fulfill his own promise to solve this issue. This will lead to the road who have no end. 

We only pray for them and do nothing . We are shameless people. We are no more human. We laugh on the pain of the others. We have no respect and integrity for the humanity in our heart. We are waiting for our own turn. 

MEDIA FAVORITE CHIEF JUSTICE OF PAKISTAN

At last Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Chaudhary retired from his position. Pakistan get rid of this mess from his shoulder. He destroyed the hopes of million people. He fails to fulfill his promises. He show that how much he was interested to implement the role of law in the Pakistan. He fails to gave the decision of the any important cases. 

He try to build his own image. He work as a dictator rather then a judge. In spite of giving the justice to the week and poor people of the Pakistan he was working as a TV person. He enjoys his position only to get the attention of the media. He only wants to portray his image as the most pious man on the earth. He fails to create this image. He was always hungry for the media attention. 

All those people who have only one thing hide in their heart is the hope of justice. All the millions people including me pray for his restoration. But he is the destroyer of our hope. He is the man who gave us the hope that he will provide us the justice. But what we got only his role, his son has all kind of immunity but no one else has any thing. 

He admits that he fail to provide the justice to the common man. He indulge himself in all those cases who have the media attention. He was a puppet chief who act on the news of so call journalist of Hamid Mir reports. Why he did not gave the decision of the cases, why his statements during the case are different and the decision of the case is different. role of law in his courts. Why he fails to punish the corrupt judges?. Why he fails to provide the justice in his own court?. People are waiting for the decision of their cases for decays but all is in vain. 

There are million questions but having no answers. He left us no hope only complete his job and nothing else.

Useless god of Justice

Pakistan supreme court is hearing the case of missing persons and all is in vain. god of justice try to find them just before five days from his retirement. He has no vision and mind. He want able to do that.
