SHAH RUKH JATIO IS NOT A MINOR REPORT

Shahzaib Murder case is one of the most popular media cases in the recent months. The CJ takes a somoto action on the murder of the Shahzaib. The Murderer belongs to a very powerful and elite class Jatoi's their son Shah Rukh Jatoi was escaped from the country and then return back from Dubai. Once again the Jatoi's show their power they proved him as minor. But once again CJ takes an action and a medical board is formed and then after the discussion of many week now the final report is in the hands of investigator that he is an adult not a minor and he can be given a sentence of death and his case will be hared in session courts not in juvenile courts.

The question of our discussion is that if CJ will not take keen interest in this case then the Jatoi's will win and still they are threatening the witnesses of the case and the local police can't able to give them the security besides the order of the CJ. Now our question  is that in how many cases he is doing the same . None. He only take interest in those cases in which media take the interest. There are more then twenty thousand cases are in the waiting lists of the CJ and he did not have enough time to hear them . Why ? Are those cases are not so important or dead issue in respect of media. Why ? No dates were given to theses cases neither in the supreme court nor in the high courts. Why ? All those persons who are facing the trials or cases in these courts can understand what they feel . But CJ proves that he did not care anything not even the justice.
