Here are some more covenant of Allah in the following verse of the Holy Quran as mentioned below:
"And when We made a covenant with the children of Israel: You shall not serve any but Allah and (you shall do ) good to (your) parents, and to the near of kin and to the orphans and the needy, and you shall speak to men good words and keep up prayer and pay the poor-rate. Then you turned back except a few of you and (now too) you turn aside."
(Surah No:2 & Verse No: 83)
- In the above mentioned verse the first covenant of Allah is that we only worship Him and there is no God except Allah. But what we are doing, we have million of gods instead of One. Even the Muslims make their pious man and scholars more then the Allah. We neglect the saying of Allah and want to follow the saying of the scholars of our sect. Now we are no more Muslim we are just like the others. We go to the graves and ask them to solve our problem as Hindus goes to the temples. We forgot to worship one Allah. We break the first covenant of Allah and Allah send His wrath on all of us. Then why are crying that Allah is not happy with us.
- The second covenant of this verse to obey your parents. Allah place the position of parents after Him. But we always try to disobey our parents as we disobey Allah. We always shout on our parents and especially when we get married then we can not afford our parents. Western society send their parents to old homes on the name of their health concern but they never come back to meet them. We are not doing good with our parents. We break the second covenant then why we cry when our own children are not doing good with us. We earn what we did.
- Do good to your near of kin and to orphans. But if we do not good to our parents then how will good to our kins and orphans. We want to capture the properties of our kins and specially when a poor relative come to meet us then we insulted them so much that they will never want to come again. We break the third covenant of Allah on daily basis and we do not feel bad while doing this.
- How many people speak good words to others. We always use the abuse language to others. Even when we are driving car and some other car try to over take then we start abusing. We always used to speak bad words to others on small things, in this way we will try to release our depression. But in this way we are breaking another covenant of Allah.
- We never perform our prayers on time and five times a day on regularly neither we pay the poor-rate but still we insisting on our point of view that we are good Muslims or we do not break any covenant of Allah. Allah send His wrath in different shapes only to give us a warning but we will never understand.
Allah in the end informed us that a very few people accept such conditions but very few people accept them and try to implement on our own life. We always try to neglect the overt verses of the Holy Quran and try to implement the vague verses in support of our stand. We become egotistical and avaricious. If we do something good then it is only to show the people that we are very benevolent and altruistic but actually we are totally against that. We need to change our self. But we can not change our self until or unless Allah will not send His mercy on us .
