One of the most media sized and popular case in the Judicial History of Pakistan is Shahzeb murder case. Powerful Jatio's are supposed to be the killer of the DSP son Shahzeb. Supreme court of Pakistan take so motto action on the murder of the Shahzeb. But the following development show the following thing that the culprits are so powerful that all the Judicial System looks useless in front of them.
Jatoi's shows that they have power, money and lawyers. They can do every thing to release their son and for this aim they can do any thing. If the Chief Justice of Pakistan can not able to provide the justice then who will provide the justice. Question is hard but it is true that the family of the Shahzeb is also not interested to get justice. He needs money and due to this thing he is not cooperate with the government lawyers and also the witness of the case refused to identify the culprits. What ever the situation either they have threat call or money; in my point of view this case not only show the low pool of our judicial system but also indicate that the true justice become impossible in Pakistan.
If father or the family of the Shahzeb is not interested then why they wasted the time and energies of the nation. They should be ashamed on what they are doing. Why and why we always moving in these question but it is true that no true justice will be given to the Shahzeb.
